How to Cancel an OrderUpdated 5 months ago

All cancelations will require approval from a Customer Achievement Team member. To get the process started, contact us via email, text, or chat. 

Once a team member confirms that the order has not been fulfilled or shipped, they will cancel the order and issue a full refund. You will receive a notification via email when the refund is released. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to make the funds available to you. Most refunds are made available within a business day.

If the order has been fulfilled or shipped, you may return the order. You can refuse delivery on or before the delivery date, or ship the order back using a new return label. If you have any trouble procuring a label, reach out to us for further assistance.
